Friendly, convenient, helpful

In branch service review

Visited Aberdeen branch on Friday 14/03 - closed all day. Went back 17/03 - closed for lunch. Then closed at 3pm on Thurs, ended up doing it all by post. Opening hours not customer-friendly. Also not much prviacy when discussing financial details when others are waiting to be served. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025
