Behind the times

Fixed rate bonds and fixed rate ISAs on maturity are reinvested and we are given new account numbers which is unnecessarily complicated and makes keeping records difficult, why can't we have the same, other building societies do? Surely this would be less complicated for customers and SBS!. Reviewed on: 9th December 2024
