Fast, responsive, professional

Application over the internet was easy and straightforward. Instructions for online access received a couple of days later, details on how to fund account also easy and straightforward to do. So far so good. Very satisfied. Reviewed on: 27th December 2024

Thorough, considerate and friendly

Customer service is superb and interest rates very favourable. I find the limied opening hours a bit inconvenient, especially the one hour lunchtime closure in the middle of the day. Reviewed on: 27th December 2024
