The loyalty saver account is an excellent product. Able to pay-in as and when, great interest rate, limited withdrawals suits me. Helpful, competitive, caring

Dealing with one branch is OK. Being passed from one to another is not. It would be useful to know who dealt with which accounts. I have no online access, please send details of new ISAs for 25/6 when available. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025
