Rfficient, friendly, personal

I dealt with your Galashiels office and they deal with matters quickly and efficiently. I really like having a passbook (rare nowadays) and that one has the option of partial, not internet only, again rare nowadays. Reviewed on: 6th March 2024

Obscure but friendly

Local, easy access

I have always found SBS good to deal with but was disappointed with the last transaction when a mistake was made with my transfer of funds. This was corrected by a phone call from me, but no compensation given. Reviewed on: 27th February 2024
