Friendly, fast, efficient

Helpful, competitive, caring

The customer service advisors are knowledgeable and friendly, kept me informed about my ISA transfer. Wonder if more could be done online to save having to post letters. Overall very pleased with your kindly service. Reviewed on: 15th January 2025

Reliable, approachable, competitive

Dealing with one branch is OK. Being passed from one to another is not. It would be useful to know who dealt with which accounts. I have no online access, please send details of new ISAs for 25/6 when available. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025
