Local, friendly, professional

I like passbooks. I like that I can visit branches. I like that interest rates are fairly good. I like that it is a mutual organisation. Less paperwork would be good, only information I need to have 0 don't need information on mortgages when opening a savings account. Reviewed on: 26th November 2024

A credit to society

As you enter the shop you are greeted with a smile or a nod if staff are busy. Whoever you are talking to gives good advice and are so helpful in explaining certain products that are new to oneself.
