You have branches, I can always call and get through directly to branch, staff are extremely helpful, you are scottish and not a huge corporate by remote people/ companies I cant see face to face bit better interest rates would help a little. Reviewed on: 13th April 2023

Interest Rates

SBS need to keep an eye on Interest rates. Sometimes they are far from being competitive. Many people like me need to make our pension money work hard. Therefore any excess money has to chase Interest rates. Otherwise your standard of living goes down. Service does come into it but with inflation as high as it is you have to chase Interest rates.
