A New Member of the Scottish Building Society.

I visited the Scottish Building Society branch in Inverness yesterday & saw Natalie who helped me to open a Saver Plus savings account. Natalie explained the account thoroughly. She was extremely professional & very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to visit the branch & become a member of the building society. I learned that being a member is so much more than just having an account with them & I'm looking forward to hearing from them in the future regarding other products, loyalty rates & their event days. Also, just a wee note...there is no pressure to do online banking & you get a physical passbook, which is lovely these days. A happy customer. Reviewed on: 17th June 2026

Gave information on the accounts available, and we chose to close an isa with low rate into a fixed term one with a higher rate for my wife. The service from SBS is excellent.
