Galashiels branch

I regularly travel from Hawick to Galashiels to use the branch. All staff are excellent, polite and helpful. The last 2 visits I was served by Audrey who was great to deal with. Reviewed on: 8th May 2026

I recently visited the branch to open a new account and had a genuinely great experience. The team were brilliant from start to finish, friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Everything was explained clearly and the whole process felt simple and well-organised, which made a real difference. I even found myself saying I wish more organisations made things this easy! I also really appreciated that, despite arriving quite late, the team continued to serve me without any rush, even after hours. That level of customer care doesn’t go unnoticed.
