After visiting the SBS office in Glasgow City Centre...

After visiting the SBS office in Glasgow City Centre (where I received very good service in moving money from my saving bonds to a Cash ISA) I called your telephone service and spoke with June. I explained that I wished to add some additional cash to the ISA but was a bit reluctant to do this online(I've made little mistakes when using this method). June was very understanding and helpful (I have poor hearing) and guided me through the process on two different occasions. It is very refreshing to speak with people who really want to help you and take their time to speak slowly and clearly. Everyone else I have spoken with either face to face or on the telephone are equally helpful. Well done to SBS for their people friendly culture. Reviewed on: 7th August 2025
