Isa query

I phoned their relationship centre and they were able to help with Isa rules and how to transfer an existing Isa to Scottish Building Society. They are posting a form to me and they will do the rest. Reviewed on: 7th August 2025

Unexpected account statement .

I received a statement for an account I had completely forgotten and phoned to query the authenticity of the account. I was very delighted and surprised to learn of the sum of money it contained. My call was answered very quickly and it is great to talk to a human being when most other businesses use chatbox etc. I was also advised of my options for savings. Thanks so much.
