I like the fact I have a local branch and the staff there are great. No issues at all. My gripe is that you don't email, text your customers to advice of closures for whatever reason. For events or conferences. I have been caught out a couple of times like this Its all very well putting notices up in the branch and asking me to check the website is not acceptable and shouldn't be necessary. As I live in different town I condut my wishes by telephone it is always answered promptly - quite a change nowdays. An application form arrived almost by return and the trasaction carried out perfectly. Reviewed on: 18th September 2025
