Having found out my reinvestment ISA paperwork and p...

Having found out my reinvestment ISA paperwork and pass book had been delivered to “An empty property!!” and duly delivered by the solicitor dealing with the property I contacted Scottish Building Society concerned my mail which was properly addressed might have been tampered with. My concerns were dealt with by Sophie very efficiently and courteously who assured me no action had taken place on my account which was in order but would make a note of this on the account to set my mind at rest. How my mail ended up in a different address is hopefully due to a mistake by the post office and nothing more sinister. Sophie thank you for your grateful help in this. Reviewed on: 30th July 2025

Scottish Building Society better than any Bank

Excellent customer service my problem was resolved without having to come back to the Branch in Troon. I dealt with Galashields branch and Glasgow branch both very helpful in resolving the problem. Reviewed on: 29th July 2025
