The service is amazing . The staff are excellent and each time I have asked for help I have received excellent customer service/ information and they are swift in replying to any query

I have been with the company for a number of years and I am very happy with the service I have received. Previously I experienced a period of difficulties and after contacting them I was surprised how quickly I was able to secure a loan. Currently with covid19 I was able to use some of the money I had in my account to help me during this hard time. I have also recommended my colleagues/friends and family. My daughter who has an account is now going off to university this September 2020 and will be able to use the funds she has and is delighted to continue to make regular payments to her account. Easy and reliable

I have a great experiance with MCU, it is really cheap, easy and reliable to get loans. Once i submitted all documents asked, no further questions and straight i got money in my account. Reviewed on: 25th June 2020

Fantastic support

I have had the pleasure of dealing with the serve and protect police credit union off and on for 20 years. They are so supportive and always happy to help. Supportive and friendly

I would always recommend the credit union to anyone, it isn’t a computer making the decisions it’s real life people who want to help improve people’s finances. Great friendly service which isnt decided entirely on your credit score

These guys helped me when noone else would. Ensuring I could consolidate debt and pay them off much quicker. Ultimately letting me own my own home sooner. All at the best rates available. Reviewed on: 25th June 2020
