The service is amazing . The staff are excellent and each time I have asked for help I have received excellent customer service/ information and they are swift in replying to any query

I have been with the company for a number of years and I am very happy with the service I have received. Previously I experienced a period of difficulties and after contacting them I was surprised how quickly I was able to secure a loan. Currently with covid19 I was able to use some of the money I had in my account to help me during this hard time. I have also recommended my colleagues/friends and family. My daughter who has an account is now going off to university this September 2020 and will be able to use the funds she has and is delighted to continue to make regular payments to her account. Excellent service

From when I first took our a credit union loan, the staff have been extremely helpful and supportive. I have been offered excellent rates and was given options that suit my personal circumstances. Easy and Hassle Free

Fast & Efficient with no fuss

Great platform for loans

A nice contribute and forget salary deduction savings account.

A simple plan...

I've had a loan with SPCU for a few years now. I've never had to worry about it because of the simplicity. A very competitive rate tops off the package. Highly recommended. In the of chance I've needed customer services, they've always been kind and understanding. Reviewed on: 25th June 2020
