Best rate for a 1 year fixed cash ISA, autumn 2023

Shawbrook offered the best rate, given my particular requirements, for a 1 year fixed rate cash ISA Opening the online account in the autumn of 2023 and transferring funds & another ISA into it was straight forward, and no issues have been experienced since then.
