Easy to set up and manage the account, good contact, and their rates are decent. I have had several ISAs with them and, after a few difficult experiences elsewhere, they are one of only a few banks I will use. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024

More Ups than downs !

I was kept informed all the time by the bank of various interest rate changes. Unlike some other banks the rates went up which was refreshing as other banks were not changing their savings rates. Everything about Shawbrook is clear and transparent. A great Bank!. I will be remaining with them. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
