Another year, same happy customer!

I have been with the Sheffield credit union for over 5 years now and I plan on staying a client for several more. Every time I make contact with SCU, regardless of the reason, every staff member handles my request with professionalism and respect. They are efficient and my needs are always met in timely and friendly manner. The online portal is quick and easy to use and gives great instructions if I do need to contact the branch directly - which I am always happy to do, the staff always make the experience a positive one and the range of services offered always cater to what I need when I need it!
