Easy, fluid and a good choice

MY experience with Shepherds has been very easy going so far. I have been saving with them for several months, i have had no problems with my account in that time and hope to continue that. Child isa

Great ISA Provider

Started saving with Shepherds Friendly when I came across them on the Topcashback Site where they were offering a lot of money to open an ISA and to pay in regularly which I was looking for anyway. I never really considered a Stocks and Shares ISA and always had Cash ISA's but after having a look at the website I decided to go for it anyway. The website is very user friendly and very easy to get around and check your balance and they send you regular updates on how investments are performing. Would recommend. Friendly, Helpful People. Easy to use website.

Opening an account with Shepherds Friendly was a simple process. After opening the account, funds, alterations to direct debits, additional payments can be made easily and swiftly through the website. Sadly, due to an A-hole of an ex-husband who stopped providing for our child in order to spend all his money on himself, I was forced to close the account and withdraw the savings I had. This was a painless and simple task and the funds arrived in a timely fashion helping me to support my child. If only the same could be said for the ex-husband.... Don't delay, Shepherds Friendly has been a very nice organisation to deal with and the phones are answered quickly too! Reviewed on: 16th December 2019
