Amazing web site, so easy to navigate.

Compared with other companies Shephards Friendly live up to their name and are so easy to deal with. Most important though their web site is so easy to navigate making the experience so joyful. Reviewed on: 12th December 2019

Friendly by name, friendly by nature

Friendlies and most personal Bank I have ever known

When setting up an account I received a telephone call which was a lovely personal touch. On top of that I received emails to let me know what was going on step by step of my account set up. Good interest rates as well. 10/10 Reviewed on: 12th December 2019

Not very Friendly. Read the Fine Print!

Picked up a leaflet when our baby was born promising a £30 shopping voucher for starting an account. The actual amount depends on how much you pay in each month. So I only got a £10 voucher as I pay in £20 per month. On calling customer services about this I was then told that I couldn't leave the plan without losing all of the money I had invested. Poor communication and not recommended. Avoid SF as this companies promotional literature is misleading. They are not very nice for a company called 'Friendly.' Reviewed on: 12th December 2019

Very simple and effective

I got cash back for opening my ISA which was a great bonus and I now have a savings pot which I have hardly noticed leaving my account. Great provider. Reviewed on: 12th December 2019

Win-win policy
