Convenient and Friendly

I have had a Shepherd's Friendly ISA for some time. If I want to draw money out, it's easy and convenient - never any hassle. If I want to get an answer to a question, someone emails me straight back. No hanging on the phone for ages while a recorded message assures you how important your call is (yeah, right!) You can be sure of a courteous prompt reply from a real person. In these days of impersonal "service" what a refreshing change. Reviewed on: 11th December 2019
