Easy to use, friendly advice always.

I don’t have much savings but I like that it is easy to direct debit funds when I have them available and when I don’t have the funds I can easily write in and stop the direct debit and can top up my account when I do have the funds available Reviewed on: 11th December 2019

I have found Shepard’s friendly to be just that, a friendly, approachable and customer facing company. They have been quick to respond to my queries and I have found my experience with them to be frictionless and empathetic.
