The customer service at Shepherds is fantastic, staff are so helpful and solve any queries very quickly. It's easy to keep track of my plan and the product itself is a great one with a very decent interest rate. Would definitely recommend them and will definitely be using their services again. Shepherds Friendly offer an excellent product with their stocks and shares ISA in a limited investment returns in the market presently. In addition they keep me informed about the product and abreast of any developments relevant to both the company and its management. In short their customer communications are first class.
