I was a bit hesitant in signing up for my ISA with Shepherds Family but my worries were put to ease when I did, I've had great communication from them either by phone or post etc and I have had no complaints. Reviewed on: 11th January 2019

The customer service at Shepherds is fantastic, staff are so helpful and solve any queries very quickly. It's easy to keep track of my plan and the product itself is a great one with a very decent interest rate. Would definitely recommend them and will definitely be using their services again.
