Competitive rate provided and it was easy to move money in. Didn't need to use customer services. Would have been nice to be able to access money in an emergency but appreciate that's part of the deal for getting higher interest rates. Reviewed on: 26th January 2024

It was so quick, easy and risk effective to open our 1 yr fixed product. We were kept informed regularly and as it is just maturing the next steps were so coherent, with no pressure selling, that we've decided to reinvest.
