First time using this bank, simple & easy to use

First time using this bank, simple & easy to understand online process to set up fixed saver - good rate too. Before savings matured sent an email with various options, chose for savings to be returned to my bank account. Many other banks automatically send it into an easy-access account which holds things up. Would definitely use this bank again and highly recommend. Reviewed on: 28th February 2024
