The complete service has been outstanding. I would especially like to thank James who handled my 1st call. I was terrified & embarrassed of how I had ended up in such a mess at my age. James was amazing he has excellent customer service skills. More than that he handled my call with true understanding & true empathy to my situation. Which is something that you don't come across often. He explained everything in detail. If there was something I didn't understand he was more than happy to go through it again with me. A credit to your team. The debt was like a huge black cloud over my head. Affecting my mental & physical health greatly. To my amazement I received approval of my DRO today. Rest assured I will never find myself in the same situation again.
