Very good, very understanding in no way judgemental.

Mike was very good very understanding in no way judgemental. I would advise anybody who needs Money Wellness to be honest and mention any historic debts. I did this and by coincidence a historic debt turned up on my doorstep next morning which I had forgot about. Just in time for me to add it to my list. If that letter had arrived a couple of days later, it would not have been included and apparently I would be liable. If you have reached this stage you must be honest. As a credit search is carried out on you I am sure that these old debts would have shown thus my letter. Life is tough, especially for men in my view. Often when relationships end, it's the man that finds himself in no mans land. It's a fact of life. I ran away, stuck my head in the sand. I feel slightly liberated as I start this journey. Fantastic experience!

Fantastic experience, so nonjudgmental and caring. Every step was explained so well and I felt so cared for and heard. All of my questions were answered in great detail and I was never left feeling in the dark. My advisor was incredible, he allowed me to make the decisions myself, gave me all of the options and allowed me to do my own research too make sure I was completely comfortable with what I decided on. Kept getting automated messages even though it had been applied ,difficult to liase with appropriate moneywell adviser regarding concerns should use the same set up as stepchange whi were excellent in communication and correspondence knew exactly where you were up to in the process Reviewed on: 31st January 2024
