Clear, concise, timely and precise

You receive clear and informative details of each and every transaction almost instantaneously. You are kept aware of what you have spent and your available spend in a very clear way. There is a record of all spends and a paper statement sent monthly. Tandem cards are widely accepted around the world and foreign exchange is at market price at the time of spend. Great fast response customer service

Bonus that you get cash back on all purchases. Like that if you receive any refunds after your statement date, that the amount is taken off the statement. Reviewed on: 11th May 2019

Great card and company, poor customer service.

I love using the card and it’s ebnefits, however, I had to change bank accounts a while back for my DD and it caused no end of problems that for the following 2 months caused me issues....and fees! Despite multiple phone calls, no one cared, and it was only when I escalated it to high managerial level did it get resolved and the service I expected, commence. Shame I had to take it that high, as I was one phone call away from cancelling the card. Reviewed on: 11th May 2019
