You can open, track and manage your savings account inside the Tandem app. The Instant Access Saver allows unlimited deposits and withdrawals. The Fixed Saver locks your money away for a fixed period of time.

Appaling customer service

After three months after applying for a credit card, and with me trying to regularly chase the team, who only send generic responses, I got a response "Unfortunately due to a system error we have been unable to push through your application." Can't apply for another credit card as it will be too many credit checks in a short space of time. Reviewed on: 17th May 2019

A new but especially useful tool

Cash back is not new in th Market Place, but since Tandem came into my lie, a little mot=re than year ago it has been new. Usually one must wait until the anniversary of a credit card before getting one's cash back (albi=eit a significant amount)! With Tande one gets a lower repayment each month according to one's spend. So your reward is instant and valuable, rather than as enforced saving!! Reviewed on: 12th May 2019

Easy to use credit card with cashback

I really like this credit card that can be managed online. The instant confirmation of your purchase and the assurance of the price you have paid from the foreign currency you have paid converted into pounds is a good feature. Great Credit card

I have had this credit card for well over a year. I is great that a s soon as you spend any money a banner appears on my phone. On the occasions that I need to speak to a member of their customer service team they are extremely helpful. It usually takes less than a minuter to get through.
