You can open, track and manage your savings account inside the Tandem app. The Instant Access Saver allows unlimited deposits and withdrawals. The Fixed Saver locks your money away for a fixed period of time.

Fantastic support, Great products, Easy to navigate

I signed up for Tandem predominantly for their Autosavings feature - In the past 4 months I've saved enough to cover my entire Christmas including travel to various family members. Super easy to set up and great customer support if you have any questions. I'm now a credit card customer as, and I love the spending money features through the smart AI and account aggregation. 10/10 recommend. Reviewed on: 4th December 2019

Totally useless!

Totally useless!! I disputed a fraudulent transaction. They asked for more info, I sent this 4 times! and they then sent me another letter stating they hadn't received any further communication and have closed the case. It has now surpassed the time limit for them to dispute, so I'm now liable to pay this fraudulent transaction. I will be cancelling my card and going elsewhere. Good value and great customer service

I used tandem for a fixed savings as they had the best rate at the time. As that was so easy i saw there credit card had .5% cash back and have been loving the little bonus every month. Couldn't recommend more highly Reviewed on: 13th November 2019

Quick, painless and easy

Got the card in a few days. Went overseas and got real-time spend transactions and even cashback on the transactions. Everything I need is in the app, it’s great. Seeing my other accounts helps me budget too! Reviewed on: 13th November 2019
