Very happy - more banks need to take this more modern approach to banking

I am very happy with the account I have and what it offers, customer service has been good so I have no complaints. For me, the only thing I am missing is the lack of automation of certain account actions such as those offered with Monzo via IFTTT. More specifically, for adding rules that would allow money to be moved from the account into a particular Space when certain activity occurs. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Excellent banking.

Would recommend Starling over any other business bank. Pretty much provided all services high street banks provide for no or minimal charge. I’ve never had an issue in 3 years of banking with Starling. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Best Bank by a country mile!!

I have experience with many banks and Starling is an absolute dream to work with. The other banks make everything hard work where as Starling make light work of everything. Just a shame they don't yet do a partnership business account. Please Please Please start doing partnerships business accounts so I can move this business over to you as well. Starting to like Banks again.

I got really tired of HSBC's tired old processes, web forms that were really paper forms, crazy fees for certain things and poor customer services. Starling however I have never had to talk to or contact customer services. One of the best mobile apps there is. They have put their investment into making an incredible app and banking system that just works. Banking as it should be today. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
