Great bank, very 21st century, shame about some of the fees.

Great bank. I really liked the iPhone and iPad app, they are so intuitive. Easy to log in, transfer money, make payment etc. Just a minor shame about some of the fees, even to deposit money! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

A breath of fresh air!

Could not be easier

Simply Cool and Stress-Free Banking

I've been with Starling Bank for 2 years now and I've never had any issues. It seems they did some serious research on what customers would want to see or experience. I've never even had to contact them for anything. Everything is on the app. To even think that I've never met any one face to face at Starling and the service works fine deserves kudos. Easy, Efficient, Economical

Starting up a new business two and a half years ago during a pandemic was a massive challenge. So finding the right bank was essential. Starling topped the reviews, was easy and very quick to set up (about 30 minutes) and provided a fee service. I have never looked back and never regetted my choice. The app is really easy to use, it integrates with HMRC services, including PAYE, Corporation Tax and VAT. The Bookkeeping add-on at £7 per month is brilliant, so keeping my business records and finances up-to-date is very easy and efficient.
