Simple and Intuitive Business Banking

I'm very happy with Starling Bank. The app is so feature rich and intuitively designed. I love the ability to create spaces where I can set aside funds for taxes, retained earnings and dividends. I've been able to integrate starling seamlessly across a range of automations to make light work of my bookkeeping and customer relationship management. It's also very secure. And my interactions with the customer service team (while rare - as the app does all the work) - have been exceptional. I also have two business accounts with Starling and it's a single click to switch between them on the app. Can't fault Starling and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In a world full of complexity, simplicity is welcome

My old bank’s user interface was a pity to look at and an un necessary distress to use. The facilitation of integrations with starling and the intuitive interface was just what I needed in my busy schedule (I’d do the admin, sales and creative, the latter the most important use of my time). Everything from migration 3 years ago, to queries, to receiving my card was focussed on customer service and to create the least hassle to the customer as possible. The marketing emails are useful and succinct without fluff and overload. 21st century banking and how banking as a subscription should be, bolt on what you need all controlled in one place.
