Easy banking

Quality Banking App

For a startup business, Starling will take a lot of beating

We have used Starling since forming 2 years ago. Their online banking and app is easy to use. We received lots of cheques from a new customer last year and banking them was really simple even when the value was over the threshold for scanning. Post the cheque and the funds were in our account in roughly 3 days. That was really important to our cash flow then. Marked down by 1 star because we would want more than one person to have access to the account. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Just Spot on Banking

Started my business during lock down. My own bank of 30 plus years wanted 3 months to open a bank account. From memory i filled in the online application and with in 4 days i had a card and was up and running with Starling.. For me it just works. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

No regrets

Have never regretted moving both my personal and business accounts to Starling. Transactions come through instantly and after years of battling HSBC unsuccessfully for a euro debit or credit card, my business now has a card that does transactions instantly in Sterling or Euros with no additional fees. Starling - So easy!

The app is super easy to use, set up took only a couple of minutes, and the telephone support that I have used (for large transfers and one query) has been excellent - easy to contact them. I also like the diligence they show when I make large transactions when the payee is new - gives me confidence in them, as well as myself! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
