British Call Centre

One of the reasons I switched from Barclays to Starling was I hated the Indian call centre Barclays use. I simply despite both our efforts could not understand the agents accents. Two, the app is by far the easiest to use and provides all the relevant info and is very pretty. Barclays are closing all their branches and so why not try an online bank? Not that bad a bank

There ok, some issues paying on via the post office , no loans or overdraft with business or personal, take too long with an overdraft enquiry even with an impeccably good bank record Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
