Refreshingly different

I had been with one of the big four banks for more years than I care to remember, but following one really bad experience I decided that enough was enough and needed to change. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Efficient, approachable and just simply easy to deal with; processes that have been thought through from the customers perspective, rather than the programmers' and good communications all make banking with Starling a delight. Convenient and reliable bank

I opened an account with starling bank around 2 years ago and since then, I have only had positive experience. The customer service support and the ease of using their app makes life so much better. Breath of fresh air

Simple and fantastic.

I never thought I'd be happy doing all my banking on the phone! But the Starling experience has been nothing but positive. All the simple, boring stuff works great and when we need to transfer (sometimes quite substantial) sums overseas we have found that Starling give a better exchange rate than specialist currency companies.
