Breath of fresh air

After using the archaic business systems operated by traditional banks which are outdated and becoming extinct, moving over to Starling was the best decision we tool as a business Reviewed on: 3rd February 2023

Simple and fantastic.

I never thought I'd be happy doing all my banking on the phone! But the Starling experience has been nothing but positive. All the simple, boring stuff works great and when we need to transfer (sometimes quite substantial) sums overseas we have found that Starling give a better exchange rate than specialist currency companies. Everything you need!

I don't usually like apps, let alone banking ones. But Starling has been great. I can find everything I need on it including getting statements for a particular time period. Instant notification of payments is so helpful. Great for business and personal banking. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023

Why did I choose to switch my banking to Starling Bank

Having experienced a high street bank reducing the service it offered. Where I had in the past had good support from the bank business team, the bank switched more to using telephone banking via a call centre, as well as reducing local branch banking. Exasperated by the time to connect to a call centre, I decided to switch to Starling Bank and a good choice it was. Starling offers me straightforward banking for my business, provides good back up and good online service. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023

Always ready to respond when needed

Starling staff are always ready and respond immediately via 'chat' or -and I've only needed this once- in an emergency situation. I had been so nervous about using an online bank and I needed have been! Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023
