A bank worth doing business with

I moved my business account over from Cooperative. I've already got a personal account and a joint account with my wife from Starling - there was nowhere else I was going to take my business. You get the same features as a personal account plus some, the integrations with accounting software make everything immediate and hands-free and all of your information is available through a mobile app that can use biometric ID instead of remembering *another* super-secure password for your business. It's a load off - one less thing for a small business owner to worry about. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Excellent Customer service.

Quick and efficient customer service and even when they get something wrong they quickly resolve the issue and compensate for the loss/inconvenience caused. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023

Designed to make managing money easier

As a small business owner, the features that are built into Starling are a welcome addition in carrying the load: - on-demand analysis of spend category - invoicing and invoice tracking and consolidation - moving money to different 'spaces' to make it easier to allow for VAT and corporation tax, as you go - an easier interface with accountancy This account feels like it is actually designed for the account holder! Easy to use

Starling bank business account has been easy to use from the very start. I have never once had to try to find out how to do something with it. Everything is self explanatory and it also links very well with quickbooks which I use for my accounts. I had a personal Starling account first, which I am very happy with so deciding on Starling for my business was a no-brainer. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023

It just works!

I bought the business i used to work for during lockdown, all the mainstream banks refused me an account as it was "new business", Starling were the only bank to be supportive during this period, I owe them a great deal. Best bank I have ever used.

Transferred from Barclays and never looked back. Everything is at my fingertips, simple to use with clear information. The bank is very easy to deal with, helpful and flexible. At last! A 21st Century bank.

As a small business of nearly 40 years we always felt our old bank lived in a different world. We are an IT based company in media and expect our suppliers (that's what a bank is) to keep up. Starling got this from day one as far as we are concerned. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023

Simple, Honest Banking

My business started using Starling alongside our NatWest account a few years ago to help us reduce bank charges. All transactions through Starling are free of charge, unlike NatWest.
