Very easy to use and professional

Speed of service

After a battle with Barclays whose business team to receive replies and ultimately an account closure notice I was faced with a bank move after ten years of business banking. All banks at the time were quoting long delays due to CBILS etc or even not taking new customers. I approached Starling and was up and running within days, their apps are brilliant and help desks responsive. Currency accounts take seconds Vs months with Barclays. Fees are very low too. Best app, low cost, multiple business

I love how I have a simple to use app, low costs and I can run multiple accounts. The real are easy to get hold of via chat, and applying for a bounce back loan during the pandemic was quick and straightforward Reviewed on: 1st April 2022

Fresh and Innovative

I have previously used another business bank and then Starling came along, and wow! I felt valued from the first moment, and I have never experienced such quick and thorough customer service. I have recently become a senior partner in another company and was so disappointed that the other partner chose another bank for our business account. Excellent in every way

We had been with a major High Street bank since we started our business in 2004. They were impossible to contact during the early days of the pandemic. Starling enabled us to open an account in 2 days, apply for business support (which they granted and was in our account in 2 days) and have given us faultless service every since. I would recommend them to any small business owner. I just wish we'd moved sooner and it hadn't taken a global pandemic to make us realise we were paying through the nose for rubbish service. So quick and easy!

I use the "profit first" method of accounting and Starling makes this really easy to manage (unlike my previous business account with HSBC!). It's made life - and earning a profit - so much easier. Reviewed on: 31st March 2022

Just easy. The way Banking should've been done for years before.

Easy sign up - helpful staffto iron out any issues - and seamless day to day transactions with low cost profile. Add in the £7 a month bookkeeping function and everything is in one place for small and medium size businesses. The only thing missing is a working overdraft to help manage stock purchases for large orders as we expand. I've tried the high street banks for our Limited Business - but NONE come close to Starling. Their website should be sent to anyone starting a business - and to all other businesses suffering at the hands of the rest of the banking cartels.. Reviewed on: 31st March 2022
