Absolutely the best bank ever.

Starling Bank is an amazing bank. The choice of accounts available are great. The customer service is brilliant and they are happy to help anytime, as they are available 24/7. I can not recommend this bank enough, they are excellent at what they do and would not hesitate at all to recommend them to anyone. Keep up the hard work Starling Bank. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

Excellent customer service and mobile app

Customer service is head and heels above huge banks such as HSBC. Their mobile is also great, easy to use and again light years ahead of other banking apps. Can;t sday I have any complaints about Starling in the coup0le of years, they're great. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

The best on-line bank

From the day of set-up Starling has proven just how great a bank can be. After years of dramas with bad service from high street banks Starling has made life a breeze! Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

Fine, until things go wrong

The real test of a relationship is what happens when things go wrong. A failed transaction led to a hold on my account that Starling refuses to release. The merchant (Apple) says the problem is with the bank. Starling claims there is nothing they can do. Meanwhile my money is held hostage. A normal bank might give me a temporary overdraft to cover the held amount, but extraordinarily Starling doesn’t offer business overdrafts. Starling agrees that I am not at fault, but it is unwilling to help in any way. Computer says no. I’ll be switching to a full-service bank. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

Perfect for what we need
