Switched banks and never looked back

I was with a high street bank and the online banking features were basic and wholly unreliable resulting in late wages and bill payments - and I was charged a monthly fee for the pleasure! Starling has been brilliant, feature rich banking app, quick support when needed and I would highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 24th March 2021

Great service and great value

As a sole trader I need to be careful with costs, so I switched from a high Street bank business account at a saving of a few pounds per month. The app is easy to use, tells me immediately when I receive payments and allows me to pay in cheques. Great! Reviewed on: 24th March 2021

Best online bank

The best thing to happen since sliced bread

I can't tell you how forward thinking Starling is. Our first profitable challenger bank, and a team taking on big, big corporates. Starling are stunning. What Santander push to me as innovative updates, Starling has had from the get-go as the norm. Constantly impressed by everything they have to offer and more. Reviewed on: 24th March 2021

No brainer

From speed of opening to the efficient app I love everything about Starling. When travelling pre-Covid and paying in currency it was wonderful to see Euro and USD transactions appearing on my app while still waiting for till receipts to be printed. No fees and excellent service. Bounceback loan was also handled seamlessly. Love the spaces for saving for VAT, corp tax, large bills, projects and dividends. What's jot to like? Refreshingly good

Moved business account to starling two years ago after poor experiences first with a major high street bank and then with another new challenger bank. Was worried about Starlings web based only presence but have found them excellent, efficient and great to deal with.
