We moved all our business accounts to Starling after losing confidence in the old banks and their unnecessary charges, environmental waste and slow-to-adapt policies...out with the old and in with the new! Complex made super simple

A bank for now, not one that survives on the coattails of what's been. It's clear Starling have invested every ounce of their being on removing complexity, speaking simply and creating an outstanding customer experience. They care about their customers and answer any queries promptly. This should be the norm, but past experience tells me it truly isn't, which is why Starling deserve the plaudits.
