Great service & easy to use

My wife & I run our business together & moving to Starling from another High St bank last year was the best thing we did. Starling links instantly to our accounts package Xero and paying bills from our phone is clear & easy. We love Starlings reminder about fraud when we set up a new payee. Top Bank Account

I had been with my current Bank for 30 years and finally switched to Starling. I was being charged a huge fee so changing to Starling was needed to help save myself & my business some money especially in this climate. I find the use of the app very easy and communication was top notch throughout the switch too. I love how easy it was to link to xero which saves me precious time too. Honesty and Simplicity

I wanted to find a banking solution away from the usual high street options as I was tired of the way the usual high street banks all treat their customers. I chose Starling because their philosophy and way of working gives me as a customer faith that they keep everything honest and above board, no hidden charges, etc. I thoroughly recommend Starling. A bank who remembers what Customer Service is

Before I opened an account, I tried out their Customer Service number and on three occasions I got through to someone in under 60 seconds - what a difference to RBS and Barclays who I also use. Since I opened my account in March 2020 I have had to call them a couple of times and although the response wasn't quite as instant, it was still very prompt, especially considering COVID. Quick and innovative

Opened a business and personal account within 12 hours. Responded to my questions within 24 hrs. Heads ans shoulders above another high street bank which doesn't seem to care about me as a customer or business. Can't wait to see what innovations Starling Bank progresses next.
