Best thing I ever did

High street banks are so old fashioned Starling meets my needs perfectly without crippling me with charges!! Reviewed on: 23rd January 2021

transformed our business

I leave aside the so easy to access and so helpful customer service, the real time phone app that lets you know every time a customer pays, the CSV bank statements and the "so cheap it's almost free" business pack that allows instant attachment of invoices and receipts to transactions - they are all incredibly helpful and welcome. What really blows me away about Starling is I can almost "feel it's freshness". It doesn't have the stink of tradition, or investments in pollution, arms, and war. It isn't pompous - quite the opposite - it's designed to be helpful. I am genuinely delighted we chose to move here and would recommend it services to anyone! Reviewed on: 23rd January 2021

Efficient and easy to manage

Everything I need!

Having switched from RBS to Starling, I wish I had done it ages ago. I get alerts for pending transactions and requests for authorization of new transactions, so I feel my account is safe. Paying in cheques on my phone is a doddle. I've only had to use the on line chat so far, but the service was brilliant. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2021

Banking Should be this Easy

Real time notifications give me chance to categorise spend before I forget what it was. Better integration with SAGE than for my previous bank. I have switched all personal and business accounts in this household. Easy banking for sole traders or small Ltd companies - this allows me to get on with trying to find customers and make money. . Wish I found them sooner!

Starling is brilliant, I started my new 2nd business last year and couldn't get a business bank account with anyone I banked with, it was causing distress as I couldn't take payments ect. Quite a few in the hair and beauty industry recommend starling, and they were right too. The process was so easy and fast, the cards were here in no time. I realize I had opened a personal account rather than the business, they were on the chat straight away helping me and again it was sorted, fast and simple.
