Business banking that is helpful!

An easy to set up and fully accessible business account. No fees just for having your business, and no restrictions imposed on services like I’ve experienced at High Street Banks. Some Traders treated well and fairly, a great app to keep track of your ongoing sand outgoings streamlines tax accounts and lots of helpful added extras if you need to add them to your account. Excellent service

I'd been with my old business bank for over a decade and was tired of monthly charges, lack of access to accounts on more than one device and the complicated system for paying bills. Had to change accounts after a partner retired and my previous bank couldn't help due to the lockdown so I had to look elsewhere. As soon as I signed up for Starling the difference was amazing, wish I'd changed banks years ago! Very straightforward and it just works as it should. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

So practical and easy

Starling business bank is just so intuitive and easy. Whenever I think ‘would it be handy if..’ I find it already does it. After years of horrible, badly functioning outdated corporate bank accounts, this is a dream. I actually enjoying logging in to do accounts! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Quietly excellent

From the start, Starling has been easy to deal with. Set up was simple, contacting support when needed is quick, easy, and you get to talk to a real human, which is underrated. The app itself is clean and easy to use. The only change I'd make would be to enable secondary users to the business bank account, this is the only thing that really lets Starling down because everything else is understanted excellence. At the moment it's pretty difficult to deal with accounts when only one person has access to the bank account (and this not the accounts people!) And this is the only reason I have reservations about recommending to others as this isn't going to work well for companies with more staff. However, everything else is absolutely brilliant. You shouldn't really have to think about your bank very much if it's doing its job, and I don't - except that it really is an excellent bank! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
