Excellent choice for Business Banking

The transfer was seamless, setup was quick and easy. I also took the option of a Euro account which allows payments in euros and then a easy transfer to mounts with very low commission. Reviewed on: 21st February 2020

Yet another computer says no bank...

If you are one of the thousands of businesses being recommended to switch from them to Starling read this first...... Just tried to switch banks to Starling Business. We have run a profitable business for 8 years and never required financing. They for undisclosed reasons declined our switch despite that we have a 6 figure turnover, no adverse credit (neither business nor personal) and have refused to give a reason - despite supposedly carrying out credit checks (which we have done ourselves and they are fine). This non-disclosure of reasons is no different than the behaviour of traditional high street banks, so we are very disappointed considering Starling are supposed to be a modern, progressive bank. They have not even asked us for any explanations or clarifications on any points. Very disappointed with them and just seem like yet another computer says no High Street bank. They are clearly not even interested in finding more about businesses and the business owners and just rely on the computer says no systems...and worst still waiting for their typical High Street brush off response to this, which will confirm all the above. I needed a business account and tried out Starling Bank after a friend recommended it to me. I had to start up a company very quickly and needed a bank account quickly. I've had it for 4 months now and I'm very happy I chose Starling. The app is nice and simple and everything works. What more do you need? I highly recommend Starling if you do not need a branch, i.e. to make cash deposits. Reviewed on: 10th February 2020

Perfect Business

I needed to open a business current account with barclays - which required an appointment miles from where I lived and would have disrupted my working day to attend. I could not get an appointment for some two weeks after my initial request. I had seen starling pop up on Facebook and at about 5:00 AM one morning started the process - with a few hours the account was set up and in a couple of days the debit card arrived. Starling is a smooth operator that understands the needs of customers. Very satisfied with the bank. Reviewed on: 9th February 2020

Quickbooks and more

Being able to sync with quickbooks has made my life easier. i hated doing bookkeeping. And being able to add notes and upload receipts for each transaction made it easier to remember what they were for. Reviewed on: 9th February 2020

Nowadays technology has become part of our life. Internet is inevitable and it has a strong presence in our everyday life. Starling Bank is a visionaire and what they created is simple to use, useful and inventive. I absolutely love the app and how easy it is to interact with. Couldn't recommend more! Transferred to Starling on the back of the RBS incentive to switch. I had never switched before and was a little apprehensive. What a welcome surprise the entire process was so easy and quick.
