A fresh view of banking

i have been with many banks over the years and starling has been by far the best for customer service owning the issues and following through to the solution that why i was glad that they started business banking as i have now moved all my banking to them and have been with them now for nearly four years for personal banking and just over a year for business banking and have not had any issue i wish the high street banks had adopted there ethos and put the customer first. Simply the fastest and simplest Bank I have ever had

From the start, they were quick. The set up was quick and easy, and the online help was quick and accurate. Transactions are instant, with my phone telling me a transaction has gone through before the retailer even knows! Never had an issue with charges, and where I have incurred charges on my personal account it has been very little compared to mainstream banks. Well recommended. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

Why use starling?

Fantastic Features and cost reductions

I have found Starling Bank to provide features to help managing budgets and savings exceptionally easy and the zero bank charges are very attractive too. Additionally the security features seem very good and being able to choose a pin before your card is sent out is a nice addition too. Definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020
