Love Starling Bank.

Simple to set up. Simple and easy to use

Switched last month and all was easy and straightforward. The feed to Quick books was a last minute bonus. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

A refreshing new Bank

I joined Starling due to the Natwest switch incentive. I have been very happy with the switch. The process its self was smooth and easy, with any questions i had were answered promptly and with a real sense of customer service. I have found that, as an app. based bank, once you have navigated and got used to the app, it is easy to use and laid out pretty well. There is room for improvement of course with both the app and the scope of Starling, such as additional accounts for saving/tax and credit cards but i believe these will come with growth. I expect to move my personal banking to Starling in the future as the bank becomes more established. Starling come across as a bank with a new way of approaching things and i look forward to more innovative banking methods. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

Modern efficient and free

I came from one of the big banks. App written in the stoneage but still a reasonable deal with limited interaction with Xero. Starling has almost real time integration, a modern app and is totally free. 10 out of 10 for functionality. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

Exactly what I needed

I run a (very!!) small part-time business, and I needed a bank that was flexible and not going to charge me the earth for the small amount I am currently using it. A friend recommended Starling to me and I've been delighted - it's pretty easy to set up, it's been extremely easy to use, and I love how new features are being integrated - although I'm not using anything but the basic features for now, I will definitely want to stay with Starling as my business grows, so I'm delighted they're there for me as I move forwards.
