Smart, simple & efficient clearing bank - makes highstreet banks look like dinosaurs!

Starling has reinvented banking for business and individuals. The set up process, the app, the compliance is so very simple and efficient they make the high street banks look about 30 years out of date, (as we know they are). They have their strategy of using the Post Office as there high street representation is really clever way of securing a high street presents whilst all the other banks withdraw.... Clever old Anne!! Easy Banking

From the first point of contact to receiving confirmation of account being open, Starling has to have the easiest process going. Charges aren't excessive, online banking is simple and with new Quickbooks integration, it has to be the best bank going. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

I'm actually a person!

So refreshing not to be put on hold for the day. Refreshing to have a problem solved quickly instead of calling several times and having to explain my problem, maybe for the 10th time! A refreshing change

Having held a personal current account for the last few years and now adding a Business account I feel as a customer that I'm kept well informed by Starling Bank not only on day to day activity on my accounts but also additional information on changes, improvements and additional services that maybe of interest.
