Responsive to needs

Initially we had a challenge setting up the account because ‘computer said no’ to an element of our requirements but I raised this to Starling as being out of kilter with marker practice and they changed policy within a week. I was impressed and as I rate the personal account I hold so highly I am delighted to have switched business accounts to them too. Such ease overall and importantly when it’s not with ease they will listen and change to ensure ease going forward. I don’t think the traditional banks could match such responses to clients. No hassle, efficient & easy business banking

Starling have been perfect for our business right from the start. Online banking suits us as we are an e-commerce business. Integrating our bank account with our accounts package makes everything so simple & efficient & the instant alerts we receive for all expenditure help us keep a handle on our finances. Starling bank business account

Started a new limited company and was searching sound for a business account provider that wouldn't charge me for debit payments etc. Saw starling, read the reviews and went with them.
